Traveling was a pain in the butt.
i am the only american that went on this exchange and i was pretty much alone for the whole day. Then i arrived and orientation began with a two hour bus ride to the city of Olmue and it seemed to take forever.
The next day was more orientation and it was very interesting to meet everyone. There were 22 germans on this exchange.
The next day was Friday and sort of a fun day. We went around the town and rode horses and had a party or dance kind of. it was really fun
on saturday we returned to Santiago to get busses to the places we would be in or meet our family. in my case i had a five hour bus ride but there were two other girls on the bus with me
in total there are four girls in Ovalle three who are going to the same school but not the same year.
I graduate here. En Quarto Medio. Senior Year.
So I graduate twice.
that should be interesting.
Yesterday was my first official day with my family and we went to the beach town of La Serena. The ocean is so beautiful. You look one way and see ocean the other and see mountains.
Today i bought a cell phone and my school uniform.
Tomorrow I start school.
I am soooooooo nervous.
