Hi everyone!
I hope that your breaks and holidays are going well and even though you want to that you don't eat too much so that you don't get the turkey hangover because everyone should know that it makes us all lazy.
Anyway,
I'm writing from my grandparents' house this time as this is where my break is located. I love being here because I don't have to try to be happy. I just am all the time. (I blame the love).
Uncle Ed is here too. He got to Hicksville around midnight and we've been picking on eachother since. He loved the dark chocolate I got him, though I forgot to do it like room servce and put it on his pillow. I thought it would be a funny joke.... oh well.
Thanksgiving is tomorrow!
You already knew that though.... or you don't live in the United States.... in which case it wouldn't matter at all what day tomorrow is.
I'm going with grandma and grandpa and Ed to Aunt Jodie and Uncle Scott's for the dinner and we'll meet up with my mommy and daddy and baby brothers there!
I really can't wait to see my daddy.... but don't tell him that. I miss him alot and he works too hard in my opinion but I also know that if it weren't for him working that I wouldn't have the wonderful life that I have. So that is one of the things on my list that I am thankful for.
I LOVE MY DADDY!!!!
Okay now... I have to go eat pork chops...
Maybe later I'll post again from the Grandparents' house. I'll be here until Sunday.
Blessed Be!
This is a compilation of tid bits of my life. I thought that I would share them with the world. Hopefully, I'm not too silly for anyone but if you stick with me I'm sure you'll enjoy my adventures just as much as I do.

Excitement to Come
I changed the background today though I know it should be snowing out right now or at least colder than it is. I like the colors of the leaves. They remind me of home.
I'd like to start out by thanking my Aunt Jodie and Uncle Scott for helping me get to Spain and on to my next adventure. You have no idea how much I appreciate what you did, so thank you from the very depths of my heart. I don't know what I would do without you guys.
Okay so this week was full. I had so much to do. There was an exam on Monday that I passed but I'm not mentioning by what margin. I'm not proud of it in any maner.
I donated blood on Wednesday and had my favorite class on Thursday night. That would be my prep for study abroad class that I thought was going to be insanely boring. I got stuff done this week in preparation for next week but I still have stuff to do, like pack so I can get out of BG on Tuesday afternoon.
Plans for Tuesday-Sunday?
Yes, I have some but no it does not include Farwell....sorry friends.
I'll be going to Hicksvile on Tuesday to stay at my grandparents'. HI GRANDMA AND GRANDPA!!! My parents and my brothers are going to do some fun stuff that I'm not allowed to mention here then they'll be on their way to Aunt Jodie and Uncle Scott's for Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday. That's where we all meet up. Friday-Sunday I will spend back in Hicksville and on Saturday there's the Snyder Christmas Party that I have to bake a pie for. I think I'm going to be rebelious though and not bake my pie but refrigerate it instead. Ha ha ha ha!
I saw a cool recipe for a daquari pie the other day and I want to try it out.
HA HA HA! YOU WILL BE MY GINEA PIGS AND YOU WILL LIKE MY PIE!!!!!
just kidding.
I think that on Sunday I'll get to see Grandpa Doug and Grandma Kay for lunch with my parents and brothers before they have to take off for home.
All these wonderful plans! I'm so excited!
Now, however, I need to get stuff done and study some more for my Astronomy exam tomorrow. Wish me luck!
May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand

One LONG Weekend
I'm so bored right now.
I read a book today...finished it too. I can barely believe that I did but I did it all the same.
Yesterday was interesting. first I got up and was trying to figure out what to do and decided to look to see if the library had the book I wanted and they did so then I had to wait for that section to open. I went grocery shopping at the campus little store thing and got some random munchies and some soup No mom I'm not gorging myself on sweets or anything like that. Yes mom I am eating well.
I went to the library with a friend and we wandered the juvenile literature section so that we could find my book and something else to read.
I'm so excited for Thanksgiving!! I can't wait to see everyone and eat some food and just be with my family!!!! I'll go to Hicksville on the 23rd after math class and see what I can do to help grandma and stuff like that. I hope it doesn't snow but if it does then I guess I won't mind it so much.
I've had the Harry Potter Movie Marathon playing on t.v. while I read today so I think that I've listened to at least 6 hours worth of magical mumbo jumbo....sigh... today must have been like the last day or something. but anyway. I had a really weird dream last night that I think may turn into a story if I can figure it out...may just have something to do with the book I was reading... I'll write it in my journal and we'll see where it goes.
I hope to post again soon....
until then
Blessed Be

"Life is like a box of chocolates..."
Hey everybody out there reading my blog!
I just thought I'd try to update once more so that you have a vague idea of what's taking place in my life. No, I will never post those intimate details that the gossips want to know but I may post something like....
I'M GOING TO SPAIN!!!!!
Yes, you heard right if you heard me scream that through this computer. I can hardly wait. I'm so very excited to make my first trip to Europe.
I've known that it was happening for a while now but I was nervous about posting it for all you people to see but now I'm just overflowing with excitement and I can't put it off any longer.
Anyone with European experience out there?
Well, your advice is appreciated. So are tips and places to see etc. Just drop me a line please!
Okay, ummm...
Where in Spain?
Alcala de Henares, East of Madrid about 20 minutes by train I'm told.
I will study at the Escuela Universitaria Cardenal Cisneros and stay with a host family whom I don't know yet.
When?
I leave January 6th and I should come back around the end of April. I don't know if I'll be back in BG after that as far as summer plans but so far I've just been looking for a job so any tips there are useful too. I want to save up to go on my next big adventure, wherever that may be...
Okay, so what about what's going on now?
Well, classes are going well still. I have 19 credit hours which keep me busy endlessly and I have great friends that take my mind of work when I need a break (before I go insane).
Cassi came to visit me Friday and I think we had fun. We kinda did a bunch of nothing really but sometimes that's the best thing to do (or not do). We went to the Cookie Jar and got some yummy warm cookies that you have to try to believe that they're the best, and we went to Finder's, the record shop uptown to look around a bit. Unfortunately she went home before the sparkle party (lol) but that's okay.
Today, I let my friend Evelia take pix of me (I needed a new one for Facebook). So I have a few new pictures that are really cute...plus I got to roll in the leaves for the fun of it and no one said a thing!!! HA!
One of them is my new picture and the others that we picked from the bunch are on Facebook if you want to see them.
Okay so now I have to go get some stuff done so that I'm not behind tomorrow.
Blessed Be!
